With ALOM form factor known as FlexibleLOM for Racks (FLR), HP Infiniband QDR/Ethernet 10 Gb 2P 544QSFP adapter based on Mellanox ConnectX-3 technology and PCI Express 3.0 for unprecedented scalability and fabric flexibility, they can all function as a dual ported InfiniBand card, a dual ported Ethernet card, or a mixed function card. Together with the HP Infiniband FDR edge switches, it delivers low-latency InfiniBand bandwidth, up to 56 Gbps Fourteen Data Rate (FDR) or up to 40 Gbps Quad Data Rate (QDR), for performance driven server and storage clustering applications in High Performance Computing (HPC) and enterprise data centers.
