Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.
- We ship via Fed-Ex (Domestic and International), USPS (Domestic 48 continental states).
- We ship all over the U.S. excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs may vary for international orders and for territories outside the continental U.S.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO addresses.
- Items will not be shipped unless the payment has been cleared.
- Majority of our orders are shipped out on the same day, if you need standard overnight or next day delivery, please contact our business team.
- We ship Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CST central standard time. We do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- For international buyers, we will not ship items as gifts or value them at $0. All international orders have full insurance and full value is declared.
- All items shipped are packed using ESD (Electro Static Device) protection and will be packed accordingly to prevent any damage to the product.
- If the box is damaged or opened upon delivery, please contact our sales team before opening the box.

This item condition represents items which are pulled from used/retired server in good condition, after through testing and cleaning, our technicians store them in an ESD safe environment for resale.New Others:
This item condition represents items which are pulled from new server/machine. Items do not come with original packing material but it is have never used in the working environment. After verification, our technicians store them in an ESD safe environment for resale.New Bulk:
This item condition represents items which are Brand new from manufacturer mbut in bulk packing. Bulk packing means items are shipped in a set of 10-20 etc. instead of shipping separately to save on shipping charges.Retail:
This item condition represents item which are individually packed in its own box/container by the manufacturer. The items also contain the retail part numbers on them.
