Payment & Checkout
- We accept payments in the form of credit cards, paypal, wire transfer, checks and e-checks.
- If the payment is made through paypal, the item will be shipped to the paypal confirmed address. No exceptions will be made.
- Payments on all orders should be received within three business days.
- Charges such as import duties, taxes or any other surcharges related to international shipments are not included in the price and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We offer 30 day warranty on all our products unless otherwise specified.
- In order for an order to be returned, buyer will have to first obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending item back.
- We want to ensure that our customers receive the best service, if for any reason we are unable to replace the item, we guarantee a full refund.
- If you have placed an order and after receiving you realize that you ordered the wrong part or you no longer want the item please ship it back to us along with a 20% restocking fee. We will not cover the shipping costs to have the item returned to us.
- We do not accept non-defective item returns after 14 business days from the day the item was delivered.
- We will not accept returns if the product has been tampered with, changed, modified or altered. For factory sealed products, original packaging must be intact. For refurbished items, items must be properly packed to prevent damage to the item during shipping.
- If item is lost in return shipment, we will not reimburse the payment.
- Items that have been special ordered will not be returned.
