Packing & Safety
All items are packed using ESD (Electro Static Device) protection to prevent any electrical or physical damage during transit. For international orders, full insurance is provided and the full value is declared; we do not mark items as gifts.
Item Conditions Explained
Pulled from used/retired servers in good condition. After thorough testing and cleaning, our technicians store them in an ESD-safe environment for resale.
Pulled from new servers/machines. These items have never been used in a working environment and are verified and stored in ESD-safe packaging. They do not include original retail boxes.
Brand new from the manufacturer but in bulk packing (sets of 10-20) to save on shipping charges. Never used and fully functional.
Individually packed in the original manufacturer box/container. Includes the original retail part numbers.
